Miami-Dade College’s Miami Film Festival is back for its 42nd edition April 3-13, bringing to the Magic City a whirlwind of world-class films, exclusive industry parties, and star-studded red carpets. This year’s event will screen more than 198 narratives, documentaries and short films of all genres from 45 countries, including 35 world premieres and 72 Florida premieres. Among the celebrity honorees on hand will be Julie Delpy, Mark Duplass, Billy Zane and Melanie Lynskey, and program highlights include screenings of Amazon MGM Studios’ Another Simple Favor and The Wedding Banquet.
