Tone at Home

Linzi Martinez isn’t taking the coronavirus sitting down. And she’s inviting anyone who’s interested in staying fit to follow her example.

The celebrity fitness guru is offering free personal training classes on Facebook in a public group called “In-Home Fitness!” Her mantra of “train, tighten, tone” is revealed each day in the form of different workouts—all of them succinct, challenging, effective and brimming with Linzi’s trademark energy and positivity.

“For all this community has given to me, from amazing support with my TV series to the incredible businesses support and partnerships, this is a perfect way for me to give back to all of them,” says the resident of Boca Raton, who created the award-winning “Happy Healthy Stronger” makeover web series. “It brings me joy to know I may have made a difference in their day with all [that’s] going on.”
