Miami’s Swan Restaurant and Lounge Unveils New Menu Focused on Lighter Fare and Shareable Plates

The new offerings stay true to its popular taste.

Swan, a restaurant and lounge located in Miami’s Design District and co-owned by David Grutman and Pharrell Williams, has recently launched a new menu to savor. With a focus on market-driven ingredients, the updated culinary offerings feature lighter fare and more shareable plates, making it an ideal location for those seeking Miami’s version of a brasserie.

The menu includes seafood-centric small plates, such as Chilled Oysters, Charred Octopus, Bluefin Tuna Roses, and highlights like Lemon Garlic Chicken, Blueberry Filet, and Spicy Vodka Veal Parmigiana. The freshness of the dishes is further complemented by locally sourced produce. Additionally, the menu features popular dishes from Groot Hospitality, including chips and caviar, Hamachi Crudo, and Everything Bagel Parker House Rolls, providing a unique culinary experience.
