Al Dente Fridays and Sips Before Sunset are everything you need to make the workweek better.

Eddie & Vinny’s, the latest must-visit restaurant in Coral Springs, is unveiling a lineup of new offerings and culinary programming to savor all Summer long.

Known for its fresh, seasonal cuisine inspired by the Italian seaside, Eddie & Vinny’s features a menu curated by Executive Chef David Garcia, alongside beloved Italian classics, an impressive wine list and crafted cocktails. With its vibrant ambiance and elevated culinary experiences, the Italian-inspired concept is sure to become a mid-day destination as it launches Al Dente Fridays and Sips Before Sunset Happy Hour.

Al Dente Fridays | Every Friday from 11:30 am-2:45 pm 

Guests are invited to delight their taste buds and savor a long Friday lunch the Italian way with Eddie & Vinny’s lunch menu, Al Dente Fridays. In addition to the signature dishes, the restaurant will feature several handhelds served with French fries, exclusively during lunch. Highlights include Chopped Crispy Chicken Caesar Wrap; Chicken Milanese Sandwich; Barolo Braised Short Rib “French Dip” and a Double Wagyu Smash Burger. The offer is available in the dining room or bar. 

Sips Before Sunset | Monday through Thursday, 4pm-6pm; Fridays, 3pm-6PM

Italian charm and an unbeatable killer scene meet at Sips Before Sunset. Featuring chef-curated bites and bar snacks, the menu has something for everyone, made to elevate every palate with unbeatable food and drink specials. Starting Friday, June 6 and on offer every weekday, Sips Before Sunset is available exclusively at the bar and hightop tables and includes premium spirits ($9), exclusive wines by the glass ($8), and refreshing Italian Spritzes—Aperol, Limoncello, and Hugo—along with the Craft Cocktail of the Day ($10), rotating daily with a lineup that’s sure to impress:

?Wednesday: Midnight in Milan

?Thursday: Il Capo Old Fashioned
