S3 Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale Rolls Out New Menu Items

The oceanfront hotspot was founded by The Restaurant People.

S3 restaurant, known for its upscale and casual-chic ambiance, has recently introduced a range of new menu items. Along with daily catches and premium cuts of meat using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, visitors to the restaurant are in for a treat with the new options available:

  • Kale & Spinach Salad ($17) with fennel, crispy quinoa, candied walnuts and mango Thai-curry vinaigrette
  • Korean Fried Chicken Bites ($12) with a Gochujang glaze and cilantro yuzu aioli
  • Wagyu Tartare ($ 21) is served with smoked onion, caper, cured egg, and bone marrow crouton.
  • Noodles Wok ($18) with Lo Mein, shiitake, peppers, snap peas and a soy reduction. Proteins can be added, including Crispy Chicken ($9), Grilled Shrimp ($12), or Lobster ($16)
  • Shibuya Tempura Roll ($19) with salmon, asparagus, spicy tuna, Gochujang aioli and eel sauce
  • The Poke Plate is available with ($20) salmon, ($22) tuna, or ($24) Hamachi, served with Furikake sushi rice, seaweed and edamame salad, tempura Nori Benishoga ginger, truffle Yuzu Ponzu, avocado purée and scallions

The restaurant was opened in 2013 by The Restaurant People (TRP), which has developed, managed, and operated more than 90 restaurants since its inception in 1997, delivering ground-breaking culinary and hospitality experiences.
