The Boca Raton Holds Second Career Fair

As The Boca Raton moves closer to revealing $200 million in enhancements, including hotel upgrades, new bars and restaurants, a spa relaunch and new guest and member experiences, the iconic resort is looking to fill several hundred full-time and part-time positions. To meet the demand for workers of varying skill levels, a Career Fair with on-the-spot hiring will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 2 and November 9 at The Boca Raton’s Mizner Center, Mizner Village Dr,

Those interested can secure an arrival time to attend by contacting [email protected] or visiting TheBocaRatonCareers.com. Along with networking opportunities, complimentary parking and refreshments will be available. Employees at The Boca Raton receive competitive pay, tuition reimbursement, insurance (health, dental, vision), career advancement, paid time off (PTO), 401K plan, free on-site covered staff parking and community philanthropy.

Full-time and part-time positions include:

  •  Culinary (chef, sous chef, cooks, pastry)
  • Food & Beverage (servers, bartenders, host/hostess, runner, stewarding)
  • Engineering (electrician, painter, carpenter, drivers)
  • Guest Experience (concierge, front desk, call center, etc.)
  • Housekeeping 
  • Member Relations, Marketing, Finance, Administrative Assistant
  • Recreation (lifeguard, locker-room attendant)
  • Spa (massage therapist, hairstylist, etc.)
  • Retail / Sales
  • Management positions across departments

In October, the resort’s first career fair drew nearly 500 applicants, with about 30% receiving job offers on the spot.
