The Cayman Cookout Announces 2027 Lineup

The Ritz-Carlton Cayman Cookout returns January 14–17, 2027 – bringing together some of the world’s most celebrated chefs, mixologists, sommeliers, and culinary personalities for four days of extraordinary food, wine, spirits, and island indulgence in one of the Caribbean’s most breathtaking destinations.

Hosted by legendary chef Eric Ripert, the three-night celebration will feature an acclaimed lineup including José Andrés, Daniel Boulud, Emeril Lagasse, Andrew Zimmern, Clare Smyth, and more, transforming the resort into an unparalleled gathering place for culinary talent and epicurean travelers alike.

18 Years of Food and Fun

Now entering its 18th year, Cayman Cookout has become one of the world’s most sought-after culinary events, known for its rare access to globally renowned chefs, intimate beachfront experiences, and vibrant atmosphere celebrating the very best in food, wine, and hospitality. Across more than 40 curated experiences throughout the weekend, guests will enjoy once-in-a-lifetime dinners, collaborative chef experiences, exclusive tastings, interactive cooking demonstrations, and lively beachfront celebrations set against the backdrop of Grand Cayman’s white-sand beaches and crystal-clear waters.

A Spectacular Lineup

Signature to the The Ritz-Carlton Cayman Cookout experience, the program will feature an exceptional lineup of immersive culinary events led by its acclaimed talent roster, including curated tastings, expertly paired wine experiences, hands-on masterclasses, and intimate chef-hosted gatherings. Additional programming details and featured activations will be announced in the coming months.

A Pop-Up Pastry Shop

New for 2027, acclaimed pastry chef Eunji Lee will debut an exclusive pop-up pastry shop, offering guests a limited-edition dessert experience that showcases her innovative and contemporary approach to pastry artistry.

2027 Cayman Cookout Package

Designed for guests looking to experience the heart of the festival from Thursday through Sunday, this exclusive room package includes a curated lineup of signature events. The immersive experience includes tickets for two guests to Thursday’s Barefoot BBQ, Friday’s Grown in Cayman, and Saturday’s After Glow, and five culinary demonstrations, along with daily breakfast for two and roundtrip airport transfers.
