Find yourself “In Between” at The Frank

As South Florida continues to find itself in between the normal and the new normal, The Frank is introducing a new virtual exhibti called “In Between.”

The retrospective of works by artist Yochi Yakir-Avin created between 2015-2020. The works reflect her technical education in Israel and Italy as well as her ability to communicate through both figuration and abstraction. Viewers will see how she works in a variety of media such as oil paintings on canvas, mixed media works on paper and wood, and sculptural pieces that walk the line between art object and everyday furnishings.

The Frank “In Between” exhibitViewers can further their knowledge of their experience with a video tutorial workshop on transfer techniques and a virtual musical performance online during the exhibition.

The exhibit is made possible through a CIP grant awarded to Yochi Yakir-Avin by The Broward County Cultural Division. Visit thefrankgallery.org for more.
