The LOOP (Las Olas Oceanside Park) on Fort Lauderdale Beach will feature a holiday experience providing free entertainment events called WONDERLAND. From Christmas weekend through Dec. 31, visitors of all ages can enjoy an array of themed sights, sounds, special activities and performances.
Over Christmas weekend, The LOOP will present two special free holiday concerts. The first shows are A Night of Sinatra, featuring Jeff Grainger (pictured, top) and The Hoboken 11 Big Band, presented by the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Beach Business Improvement District (BID) on Dec. 24.
On Christmas Day, singer, songwriter and three-decades-long lead guitarist for Jimmy Buffett’s Coral Reefer band, Peter Mayer (pictured, left), and his world-class seven-piece band, present their widely acclaimed Christmas tour, “Stars and Promises.”
The WONDERLAND series will conclude with The Goodnicks playing a special Friday Night Sound Waves performance at 6:30 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, complete with a midnight ball drop and laser light show sponsored by Elbo Room.
