TRP Taste in Fort Lauderdale Introduces New Multi-Course Chef’s Menu

The chef-led dining experience is available for up to 26 guests.

Executive Chef Lyndsey Waters has introduced a variety of multi-course menus at TRP Taste in downtown Fort Lauderdale to kick off 2024. Each menu offers guests an intimate dining experience, with Chef Waters preparing every course in real time in the open-air kitchen. As she serves the dishes, she provides insight into every bite, creating an interactive and engaging experience for the guests. The evening is designed to be intimate and encourages guests to ask questions and mingle with other patrons.

The Fresh Start! Thursday evening dining experience offers a four-course meal featuring a variety of delectable dishes. The first course includes Charred Raddichio with persimmon, pepitas, ricotta salata, and a tarragon vinaigrette. For the second course, patrons can enjoy Pan Seared Snapper with textures of corn, brussel sprouts, pomegranate, and gremolata. The third course comprises Prime Picanha, served with brown butter parsnips, smoked broccolini, and tamarind demi. Finally, the meal concludes with a Strawberry & Basil dessert consisting of a basil olive oil cake, strawberries and cream, basil pistachio crumb, and pistachio gelato. The dining experience will be available on Thursday, Jan. 25 at 7:30 pm for $89 per person.

The Fresh Start! Friday and Saturday evenings offer a five-course menu experience, including all the abovementioned features. In addition, they serve a creamy leek soup with tomato and jump lump crab as the second course, called the Leek & Crab. This menu is available on Friday, Jan. 26, and Saturday, Jan. 27, starting at 7:30 pm, for $110 per person.
