Ukiah Celebrates First Anniversary

Ukiah Japanese Smokehouse celebrated its first anniversary on Thursday, June 4th, marking a successful year of offering Japanese flavors, live-fire cooking, and innovative cocktails to Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

The anniversary celebration welcomed guests for an evening of food, cocktails, music, and community.

Attendees enjoyed Japanese-inspired cocktails from Ukiah’s new beverage menu, signature bites, a live DJ, and complimentary tastings from the House of Suntory. During dinner service, guests with reservations received a complimentary Japanese-inspired cocktail and a slice of the chef’s signature coconut cake, while the first 50 guests through the door were surprised with commemorative goodie bags.

The milestone event served as both a celebration of Ukiah’s first year and a heartfelt thank-you to the guests, partners, and community members who have supported the restaurant since opening day.
