It will also be the tallest residential building located south of New York City. The tower will feature 360 private residences, making it an iconic structure in Downtown Miami. Furthermore, the Waldorf Astoria brand, recognized as one of the world’s most iconic hospitality brands, will debut in the Miami market through this project. The tower’s residents will enjoy 360-degree views of Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean.
