Zucca Hosts Exclusive Five-Course Dinner Featuring Antinori’s Finest Wines

The Italian dining gem is located in Coral Gables.

Zucca, celebrated for its genuine cuisine and inviting ambiance, is excited to team up with Antinori Wines for a special one-night-only five-course pairing dinner at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13. Renowned as one of the world’s premier wine producers, Antinori Wines complements Zucca’s refined and authentic Italian dishes beautifully.

For $295 per person and with limited seating, guests will have the opportunity to savor Zucca’s exceptional cuisine, thoughtfully paired with some of the Antinori family’s finest vintages, the majority of which boast ratings of 90 or higher from Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast. These exclusive wines will accompany specially crafted menu items for this dinner. The special menu opens with the Tartare Duo, featuring a delightful combination of caviar, red prawn, scampi, and shellfish, perfectly paired with Antinori’s Vermentino Guado al Tasso 2023. Next is the Veal Tartare, elegantly garnished with truffle brioche and Alba white truffle, accompanied by Antinori’s Super Tuscan’ Il Bruciato’ 2022. To conclude this splendid experience, enjoy the Cannelloni Ai Porcini, a rich dish made with porcini mushrooms, foie gras mousse, and truffle pearls, served alongside Antinori’s Brunello di Montalcino’ Pian Delle Vigne’ 2019.

The next course features Wagyu Beef Medallions prepared with a rich demi-glace and coffee sauce, garnished with baby shallots and potatoes, and accompanied by the remarkable Tignanello 2020. To finish the meal, a delicate dessert awaits with a Millefoglie Scomposto Ai Frutti, which is a deconstructed millefeuille served with a medley of mixed berries and cream, paired with an exquisite dessert wine, Muffato Della Sala 2009.

The Antinori family is renowned as winemaking royalty, with a legacy that dates back to 1385. They own nine estates in Italy and have expanded their reach to wineries in various prestigious wine-growing regions around the globe. They are credited with developing the celebrated “Super Tuscan” red blend, particularly the iconic wine “Tignanello,” which first emerged in 1971. Both of these remarkable vintages will be featured during this exceptional evening. Reservations for this event can be made here. Zucca is located at 162 Alcazar Ave., Coral Gables.
