Fright Nights at the South Florida Fairgrounds

Thrills and Chills! Bokamper’s Annual Halloween Bash

Specialty cocktails for a cause

  • Throughout October, Angelo Elia Restaurant Group will raise funds for Puerto Rico after the devastation by Hurricanes Irma and Maria with two specialty Bacardi cocktails—a pineapple-infused mojito and a Grey Goose white cosmo—at five of its locations. Each are $14, and 100 percent of proceeds will benefit UNICEF USA Puerto Rico Relief.

The Faena Horror Picture Show

  • The Living Room presents its “weird and wonderful” event, hosted by legendary Miami drag queen, Adora. Inspired by the cult-classic movie, this all-night festivity will transform Faena’s intimate cocktail lounge into Dr. Frank-N-Furter’s famous castle, with a selection of themed Bacardi cocktails and live music from Brothers of Other. Classic Sunday Rewind Adult Skate Night

  • Xtreme Action Park is hosting a special Halloween edition of its weekly event. The themed costume party will feature The Beach 102.7’s DJ Holiday and is open to all adults 18 and older. Attendees are encouraged to dress in their best 70’s or 80’s costume for a chance to win Rockfest 80’s concert tickets. There will also be $5 drink specials available at the Rink Side Bar.

Hollyweird Block Party

Upcoming: Festivals

Rock On

  • Rock ’n’ roll royalty will grace the at RockFest 80’s, a two-day event featuring Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Cheap Trick. Sixteen will perform their hits at C.B. Smith Park. Hair and makeup salon Kaizen Beauty Academy will be on-site to tease hair to nostalgic heights with 1980s-style makeovers. A muscle-car show and a street-art exhibition add a different artistic element to the festival, which runs noon-10:30 p.m. both days.
