The “Delia” cocktail features Appleton signature blend mixed with chareau aloe vera liqueur, coconut water, lime and hibiscus. As an added touch, this drink is garnished with a reusable 1 Hotel straw to reduce waste. It can be purchased at 1 Hotel’s rooftop restaurant, WATR, and a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this specialty cocktail goes toward Debris Free Oceans.
The “Delia” gets its name from the Delia Whale that resides in the lobby of 1 Hotel South Beach. This statue was carefully crafted from plastic pollution found in oceans and aims to raise awareness toward the protection of the ocean and sustainable practices.
How to craft the perfect Delia cocktail:
1.5 oz. Appleton Reserve
0.50 oz. Chareau Aloe Liqueur
1 oz. Simple Syrup
0.75 oz. Lemon
3 oz Coconut Water
1 Coconut Shell
