In late fall, South Floridians look forward to two things: the end of hurricane season and the beginning of stone crab season. Here’s where to get the freshest crabs in South Florida.

Try the Stone Crab Oscar with house yuzu kosho bernaise (emulsion of clarified butter, egg yolk, white vinegar, salt, pepper, shallot, yuzu kosho, tarragon) and four ounces of stone crab meat. Or Cracked and Chilled Stone Crab Claws served with dijonnaise sauce (pictured above).
