New luxury home community coming to Davie

Those looking for more room for their families may find what they’re looking for at an upcoming Davie neighborhood.

Luxury home builder Toll Brothers recently acquired the final eight home site at Stillwater Shores.

Sales for the single-family home community will begin Dec. 12. The gated enclave of 20 estate homes, located off Stirling Road, just west of Florida’s Turnpike, will be built on oversized, lakefront sites and will incorporate the latest architectural design elements, blending modern trends and coastal influences.

“Highlighted by lush greenery and shimmering lakes, Stillwater Shores combines the best in luxury indoor and outdoor living in a private, exclusive community,” said Fred Pfister, Division President of Toll Brothers Southeast Florida, which has also built communities such as Sandpiper Pointe at Deerfield Beach, Royal Palm Polo in Boca Raton, and Windgate at Avenir and Watermark at Avenir at Palm Beach Gardens. “This is an ideal opportunity for buyers who desire a spacious home on an oversized, lakefront home site.”

Stillwater Shores will offer buyers a choice of five one- and two-story home designs. Priced from $1.1 million, homes will range from 3,500 to over 4,600 square feet and feature numerous luxury appointments, including open-concept living areas, gourmet kitchens, spacious primary bedroom suites and covered lanais. In addition, buyers can select from an array of customization options at the Toll Brothers Southeast Florida Design Studio, enabling them to create a home that reflects their individual style.

The onsite sales center is located at 6985 S. Stillwater Shores Drive, Davie. To schedule a private or virtual tour with a Toll Brothers sales consultant, visit TollBrothersStillwaterShores.com or call 855-776-8655.
