Charcuterie Concept “Graze Craze” Now Open in Coral Springs

The new store is available for pick-up, catering and free local delivery.

The popular concept of Graze Craze, which specializes in artfully arranged sweet and savory charcuterie boards and picnic boxes, has opened a new location in Coral Springs at 7517 W. Sample Rd. in the Sample Row Plaza. The franchise is owned by Orlando Viloria and his family, who operate the 2,350-square-foot store. They are excited to offer exceptional grazing options for everyone, thereby elevating local gatherings.

At Graze Craze, the food arrangements are skillfully designed by charcuterie experts known as Grazologists. They feature an assortment of high-quality ingredients perfect for grazing and available for pick-up, catering, and delivery. The beautiful boards are crafted using fresh fruits and vegetables, premium meats and cheeses, artisanal sweets, nuts, and more. Additionally, they are accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams. The concept is managed within Big Flavor Brands, the food service division of Starpoint Brands. These brands are part of the United Franchise Group™ family of affiliated brands and consultants.

Motivated by the desire to become self-employed and challenge himself, Viloria decided to transform his entrepreneurial aspirations into a tangible reality. He did this by pursuing an innovative business idea that resonated with his principles and fondness for fostering connections among individuals.

“I opened a Graze Craze franchise to have something of my own to build with my family,” says Viloria, who was an attorney in Colombia for 30 years before emigrating to the U.S. to start his business. “The Graze Craze concept is an original idea that appeals to all those who love to have gatherings with family and friends, like me, and it’s the only store in the city that creates these beautiful boards for graze-style dining, which is so convenient for the busy families and professionals of Coral Springs.”

Graze Craze offers a wide range of charcuterie boards that cater to every dietary preference, lifestyle, and taste buds. These boards are available in various sizes, making them suitable for any occasion. They feature various flavors, including the popular Gone Grazey board, a well-balanced combination of cured meats, premium cheeses, crackers, fresh produce, nuts, and more. The Vegegrazian board is expertly crafted with a blend of fresh fruits and vegetables, perfect for those who prefer a plant-based diet. The Sweet & Grazey board is the ultimate indulgence for anyone with a sweet tooth, as it includes an array of delectable desserts such as chocolates, baked goods, and sweet dips that complement the irresistible flavors.

The Graze Craze menu has introduced two new boards to its offerings. The first is the Brunch Board, which offers an innovative gourmet twist on traditional breakfast fare. This board comes packed with breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs, pastries, and more, making it the perfect alternative to a bagel-and-donut brunch. The second board is the seasonal Game Day Board, ideal for tackling watch-party cravings. It features a feast of crowd-pleasing ingredients, including peppered salami, Italian prosciutto, goat cheese, cranberry walnut bread, raspberry jam, and chocolate bark, among others.

Graze Craze offers artisan-inspired charcuterie offerings in various sizes, ranging from Char-Cutie-Cups and Picnic Boxes for snacking to sharing-size boards with enough fresh food to serve a large gathering. These food displays enhance work meetings, family gatherings, lavish events, and other occasions. They also make for remarkable gifts that leave a lasting impression.

The Coral Springs store is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, call 954-907-2871 or visit Grazecraze.com. For information on franchising opportunities, visit Grazecrazefranchise.com.
