Steel Tie Spirits Company at 1615 Clare Ave. in West Palm Beach has announced its new summer menu, promising a refreshing array of innovative libations for cocktail enthusiasts. Located a few feet south of Grandview Public Market, Steel Tie Spirits has become a popular spot for those interested in various forms of culture. The establishment features a prime-time distillery, tasting room, and bar, making it an ideal destination for a unique and enjoyable experience.

“This new menu features carefully crafted concoctions that blend premium spirits with fresh, seasonal ingredients, the new menu showcases the creativity and expertise of our mixologists,” Ben Etheridge says, owner of Steel Tie Spirits Company.

  • Garden Gimlet – Steel Tie Vodka, Red Bell Pepper, Blood Orange, Lime, Basil & Pepper ($10)
  • Caramel Popcorn Old Fashioned – Black Coral Black & Spiced Rums, Caramel Peanut Popcorn & Bitters ($12)
  • Scuba Steve – Black Coral Black & Spiced Rums, Coconut, Cola & Tiki Bitters ($10)
  • It’s No Big Dill (regular or spicy) – Steel Tie Vodka, Pickle Juice, Dill, Saline, Cucumber & Smoked Bitters ($10/$13)
  • What’s Up Doc? – Steel Tie Spirits Habanero Vodka, Carrot Juice, Ginger & Dill ($13)
  • Up All Night – Steel Tie Spirits Vodka, Black Coral Black Rum, Espresso, Saline & Bitters ($10)
