DalMoros, a fast-casual fresh pasta concept, is opening its third South Florida location in Hollywood at the new Block 40 Food Hall in Downtown Hollywood on Young Circle. “We’ve been very successful on the west coast of Florida in the Armature Works Food Hall, so we are excited to become a part of another great food and entertainment space here in Hollywood,” says David Caruso, whose family introduced the franchise to the U.S. “Food halls offer a vibrant, community-centric atmosphere that allows us to connect with a diverse array of customers. The collaborative environment with other food vendors creates a dynamic dining experience, making it an ideal setting for our fresh pasta concept.”
DalMoros offers a unique dining experience where guests can customize their meals by choosing from four types of homemade fresh pasta and a variety of delicious homemade sauces, including options like Pesto, Cacio E Pepe, Amatriciana, and Bolognese. Diners can personalize their dish with toppings such as chicken, bacon, sundried tomatoes, and mozzarella. The restaurant also caters to various dietary preferences with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-friendly options. To complete the meal, guests can enjoy homemade tiramisu, breadsticks, and a selection of beverages, including beer, wine and soft drinks.
