The Seagate Plans for Opening of Bourbon Steak

It is scheduled to open in late 2024.

Bourbon Steak, a restaurant created by acclaimed Chef Michael Mina, is set to open at The Seagate hotel, a 154-room property at 1000 E. Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach. The Atlantic Grille will be closed to make way for the construction of the new restaurant, which will span 6,000 square feet and accommodate 310 seats, a 34-seat bar, outdoor patio seating, and a private dining room for 24 guests. It will be the first Bourbon Steak restaurant in Palm Beach County.

Aside from the newest Bourbon Steak location at the JW Essex House in New York, Mina, a James Beard Award-winning chef and founder of the Mina Group, also has over 30 restaurants in various locations, each offering a unique culinary experience. These locations include the rooftop of JW Marriott in Nashville, Miami, Charleston, L.A., Las Vegas, Dubai, Hawaii and more.

The Mina Group specializes in creating and operating upscale restaurants with innovative concepts, including Orla, International Smoke, StripStreak, Michael Mina at the Bellagio and others.
