Corsair Kitchen and Bar Introduces Enhanced Sunday Brunch Experience

The restaurant is located within the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura.

The recently revitalized Sunday Brunch at CORSAIR Kitchen & Bar, known as The 52 (as in 52 weeks in a year), promises to be one of the best brunches in town. Since its inception, The 52 has been Aventura’s brunchtime obsession and has helped put CORSAIR on the radar of serious weekend revelers. Now, with live entertainment, The 52 is better than ever.

Featuring expansive views of the resort’s stunning golf courses, The 52 offers a chef-curated, American-inspired indulgent buffet priced at $67 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), available every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. ($31 for children 12 and under and children ages three and under eat free from the Kids Menu). The sumptuous brunch, created by Executive Chef William “Bill” Gideon and his culinary team, includes a weekly rotating array of specialty dishes, ensuring that each visit delivers new and exciting surprises.

The recent temptations at the restaurant include Chicken and Waffles Benedict, which features fried chicken & waffles with poached egg, hot honey hollandaise, maple syrup and chives. Another option is the Italian Sausage Hash Skillet, prepared with house-made Italian sausage, potatoes, onions, peppers, fried eggs and herbs. There are also made-to-order dishes like French Toast with a graham cracker-crusted brioche, Key lime meringue,and mint and a Breakfast Skillet with Buffalo chicken, cheese fondue, blue cheese, scallions, and celery.

The menu includes Mac and Cheese with crab, Old Bay, and panko bread crumbs, Eggs Benedict with fried onion rings, KC BBQ beef “burnt ends,” poached egg and classic hollandaise. Other tempting choices consist of Toasted S’more French Toast made with challah, graham crackers, Hershey’s chocolate and marshmallows, and Lamb Ragu, which features slow-braised lamb shoulder, San Marzano tomatoes, red wine reduction, among other options.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating is available for guests to enjoy a wide selection of pastries, a lavish raw bar, charcuterie and delectable sweets. Buffet-style offerings are presented by the restaurant team or in individually portioned plates. To make the experience even better, CORSAIR offers unlimited Mimosas and Aperol Spritzes.
