New American Bar and Restaurant Set to Open in Parkland in Spring

It is expected to premiere in Spring 2025.

P Hospitality Management, led by restaurateurs Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli alongside partner Paul Greenberg, is bringing something exciting to look forward to in 2025. The team plans to transform the former Deja Blue restaurant space at 7805 North University Drive in Parkland into a vibrant and sophisticated American restaurant and bar. Promising top-notch food, expertly crafted cocktails, and exceptional service that defines P Hospitality’s reputation, Dear Olivia Bar & Kitchen is poised to become a must-visit destination for elevated dining, high-end drinks, and a stylish, energetic atmosphere.

“We’re excited to bring a new and unique concept to Parkland that focuses on having fun as
much as it does on great food and cocktails,” says Pozzuoli. “Whether it’s unwinding with
drinks for Happy Hour, watching the games on multiple expansive screens throughout, or a
great dinner with friends or family, there will be something for everyone.”

With 30 years of experience creating exceptional beverage programs and vibrant concepts that draw both locals and visitors, Greenberg brings unmatched expertise to the table. His skill in this arena seamlessly complements the Pozzuolis’ operational expertise and creative vision, forming a powerhouse partnership.

“I’m excited to unveil the restaurant; Spring can’t come fast enough,” says Greenberg, who co-
founded the wildly-popular American Social restaurant concept. “No doubt his work with
American Social will come into play with the Parkland restaurant, which he promises will be
“friendly to sports fans but will not be a ‘sports bar.’”
