Block 40 Food Hall in Hollywood Welcomes DalMoros

The Venice-born fresh pasta franchise opens its third South Florida location with Delray Beach and West Palm Beach.

DalMoros, a fast-casual fresh pasta concept, is opening its third South Florida location in Hollywood at the new Block 40 Food Hall in Downtown Hollywood on Young Circle. Embracing an innovative approach of serving scratch-made fresh pasta in convenient takeout boxes, DalMoros caters to customers seeking an affordable meal on the go.

“We’ve been very successful on the west coast of Florida in the Armature Works Food Hall, so we are excited to become a part of another great food and entertainment space here in Hollywood,” says David Caruso, whose family introduced the franchise to the U.S. “Food halls offer a vibrant, community-centric atmosphere that allows us to connect with a diverse array of customers. The collaborative environment with other food vendors creates a dynamic dining experience, making it an ideal setting for our fresh pasta concept.”

DalMoros offers a unique dining experience where guests can customize their meals by choosing from four types of homemade fresh pasta and a variety of delicious homemade sauces, including options like Pesto, Cacio E Pepe, Amatriciana, and Bolognese. Diners can personalize their dish with toppings such as chicken, bacon, sundried tomatoes, and mozzarella. The restaurant also caters to various dietary preferences with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-friendly options. To complete the meal, guests can enjoy homemade tiramisu, breadsticks, and a selection of beverages, including beer, wine and soft drinks.

“We were captivated by DalMoros’ authenticity and knew it would resonate with American diners,” Caruso says. “We’re honored to be the ones to bring this concept to the U.S. and are thrilled to see it being embraced by new guests every day.”

The Block 40 Food Hall occupies a 15,000-square-foot space and houses 15 local businesses. One of the highlights for visitors is witnessing DalMoros’ signature pasta machine constantly producing fresh pasta throughout the day. It is a lively destination that offers a diverse culinary and social experience all in one place. With nearly a dozen distinct food and beverage options, a brew bar and a nostalgic game area, it’s the ultimate entertainment hotspot with a focus on sporting events and live music.

DalMoros is open for lunch and dinner daily and conveniently available on all major third-party delivery platforms. Additionally, they provide catering services, ensuring an authentic Italian experience for any occasion.
