Bottoms Up

This Wednesday evening, skip the fine wine and indulge in a selection of signature brews from Tarpon River Brewing paired with carefully-crafted menu items from Andy’s Live Fire Grill. This Beer Pairing Dinner, the first of its kind, will begin at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14th at Andy’s Live Fire Grill in Fort Lauderdale.

The four-course menu was put together by Andy’s Executive Chef, Kyle Dowgiewicz. Each dish pairs with a unique, locally-brewed draft from Tarpon River Brewing. The pairings include Beer and Cheddar Soup with Gator-ale, Elote Salad with Native Lager, Jalapeno Lime Granita with Prickly Pear Zinger, Pork Chop with Hopsta La Vista and Kiwi/watermelon and Blueberry/lemon pops with Honey Love.

In addition to the delicious dishes and beer available during this dinner, guests can also enjoy the ambiance of Andy’s at the outdoor second-floor patio with a wrap-around bar and extensive seating. For those who prefer to dine inside, you can admire the live-fire on which meals are cooked from behind a panel of fire-safe glass.

This exclusive dinner event is $55 per person. Tickets can be purchased here.
