Cannoli Kitchen Pizza Opens in Fort Lauderdale

The restaurant features a state-of-the-art pizza oven.

Cannoli Kitchen Pizza, a popular pizzeria brand celebrated for its fresh Italian dishes crafted from traditional recipes, has just unveiled its newly renovated establishment in Fort Lauderdale. Spanning 1,200 square feet at 3200 North Federal Highway within the Coral Ridge Mall, the restaurant is managed by franchise owners Carla Jackson and her husband, Andre Jackson, who are enthusiastic about offering patrons a delightful array of Italian specialties.

Cannoli Kitchen Pizza offers an extensive menu featuring a variety of dishes, including pizza, pasta, wings, salads, subs and desserts such as tiramisu, cheesecake and cannoli. Every item is prepared on-site using high-quality ingredients, including the freshest vegetables, premium meats and cheeses. The sauces are made from vine-ripened tomatoes infused with fresh herbs and spices, resulting in authentic and unforgettable flavors.

“I enjoy working with people and I love food, so I’m thrilled to own a business that combines my favorite things,” says Andre Jackson, who brings strong customer relations skills to the restaurant after many years as a social services professional. “We’re excited to have the opportunity to share Cannoli Kitchen Pizza’s convenient, quality Italian food in the area.”

The Italian restaurant offers a range of unique, hot, and crispy pizzas prepared in its advanced Dragon oven. This high-productivity refractory stone static conveyor oven utilizes special technology and sensors to ensure the ideal cooking temperature, delivering traditional Italian flavor while catering to the demands of modern customers who seek fast and delicious pizza. It provides a Build-Your-Own option where patrons can select from a range of top-quality ingredients, such as ham, meatballs, sausage, spinach, anchovies, artichokes and more to create a personalized pizza.

The restaurant specializes in strombolis, calzones, and flavorful pasta dishes such as penne alla vodka, fettuccine alfredo, and spaghetti bolognese. Additionally, it offers a variety of hot and cold subs, from warm Parmigiana subs to cold subs featuring delectable deli meats and freshly cut mozzarella. Cannoli Kitchen Pizza also serves family bundles at special prices, making gathering and enjoying high-quality Italian food easy.
