Costa Reveals Menu for Delray’s Restaurant Month in September

The Atlantic Avenue eatery is known for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Costa has revealed its menu for the 9th Annual Restaurant Month in Downtown Delray. The event, from Sept. 1 through Sept. 30, aims to showcase the distinct dining options available in Delray. As part of this year’s Restaurant Month, Costa will serve a Prix-Fixe Menu, offering a starter, entrée and dessert for $45.

The starters on offer comprise the Heirloom Watermelon salad, featuring baby gem heirloom tomato, juicy summer watermelon, farm cheese, fresh mint, fig balsamic Meyer, and vinaigrette, as well as the Yellowfin Tuna Crisp, made with layered Ahi tuna, flavorful truffle mustard seed oil, herb micros, and sea salt flakes.

Costa’s entrees will consist of four dishes, with two options for meat lovers: the Pasture Hen, featuring Florida farmed chicken served with Meyer lemon beurre blanc, blue corn polenta, and roasted strawberries, and the Pickle and the Rib, which includes tender short rib served over confit potato, with horseradish cream, and heirloom carrot pickle varieties. Additionally, Costa will provide pescatarian and vegetarian-friendly options such as the Local Fresh Catch, offering fresh catch from Florida waters with cherry bomb, plantain puree, and passion fruit beurre blanc and the vegetarian King Trumpet Tagliatelle, crafted with freshly made tagliatelle pasta, Gratitude Farms King Trumpet mushrooms and cream cognac.

Costa will also feature a special dessert, the Berry Brioche Bread Pudding, accompanied by vanilla bean Chantilly.

“We are honored to participate alongside countless incredible local restaurants during this year’s Downtown Delray Restaurant Month,” says Chef Coton, proprietor of Costa. “We have curated a menu featuring some of our most unique and well-loved dishes and are thrilled to introduce our cuisine to more members of the community.”
