DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go Opens in Delray Beach

The concept originated in Venice, Italy.

The long-awaited DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go opening in Delray Beach has been made official. This marks the fourth franchise of the popular, fast-casual, fresh pasta concept in the U.S. and the first in South Florida. The 400-square-foot to-go restaurant is now open for business, offering a wide variety of fresh pasta and homemade sauces made from scratch, with each meal served in to-go boxes and ready within minutes. The menu includes delicious toppings, garlic bread sticks, polpettes (meatballs), tiramisu, soft drinks, beer and wine and gluten-friendly options.

Outdoor seating is available at the restaurant and passersby can catch a glimpse of DalMoro’s signature Fresh Pasta machine in the window, which churns out fresh pastas all day. Third-party delivery is in the works for DalMoros Delray Beach and will be available soon.

“We are absolutely thrilled to finally open in Delray Beach and officially kick off our South Florida expansion,” says DalMoros Franchisee David Caruso. “We’ve achieved great success in the Greater Tampa market, and we have no doubt we’ll be successful in the vibrant South Florida region as well. We seek prime locations with great foot traffic and appeal for the brand, which makes Atlantic Avenue the perfect destination for folks to grab fresh pasta while they walk around and enjoy all the awesome and beautiful sites Delray Beach has to offer. There is truly no other like DalMoros, and we look forward to continuing to make many more fresh pasta fans throughout South Florida, the state, and the U.S.”

Founded by Gabriele Dal Moro in Venice, Italy in 2012, DalMoros currently has locations in Italy, Canada, St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Sarasota. The U.S. franchise team of DalMoros, run by David Caruso and family, is planning to expand the franchise across Florida, with West Palm Beach set to open this fall, Downtown Orlando in the summer of 2024 and eventually across the U.S.

DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go at 439 E. Atlantic Ave. is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and late Friday and Saturday. For more information on all DalMoros locations, visit Dalmoros.us and call 561-894-8424 for the Delray Beach location.
