Star Power

Daytime bliss and evening buzz are finding common ground at the latest luxury tower slated for downtown Miami. E11even Hotel & Residences Miami, developed by PMG and E11even Partners (and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects), aligns the high-octane brand behind the popular E11even 24/7 nightclub in Miami with the global brand founded by alternative medicine guru Deepak Chopra.

That’s because the 375-room project in the Park West District (estimated delivery is the end of 2023) will feature the very first Chopra Spa & Studio in a hotel and residential property. Plans call for a wellness center in excess of 10,000 square feet with eight treatment rooms, a yoga center, Pilates and meditation rooms, sauna and steam rooms, and hot and cold pools.

Residences at E11even, starting at $300,000, include studios, and one- and two-bedroom layouts. Each unit will have an LED fireplace in the living room, custom Italian kitchens, smart building features, plus a host of building amenities in addition to the Chopra Spa. Expect a 20,000-square-foot multilevel Beach Day Club on the 11th floor, a casino-style sports lounge, and celebrity-chef dining venues. Visit the website for additional details.
