Global Mandarin Oriental Chefs Commemorate the Launch of The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami

The Residences consist of two towers.

The long-awaited Sales Pavilion for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami has finally opened its doors. The team celebrated the occasion with a star-studded gathering of chefs and culinary experts from Mandarin Oriental locations worldwide. The event was a culinary extravaganza showcasing chef stations hosted by renowned figures from the global culinary scene. It marks the debut of the new sales pavilion and highlights Mandarin Oriental’s global culinary expertise. World-renowned chefs attending the event included:

  • Antonio Guida: He is the creative force behind the two Michelin-starred Seta at Mandarin Oriental, Milan. He also oversees Talea by Antonio Guida, a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant at Emirates Palace, Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, and the newly opened ORSINI restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, Savoy, Zurich. 
  • Richard Ekkebus: The award-winning chef at Amber, a celebrated French fine-dining establishment located at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, has achieved both two-star and Green-star Michelin status. 
  • Dominique Bugnand: As the Executive Chef at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, Bugnand is responsible for managing the culinary operations of the hotel’s 13 food and beverage outlets, which includes the renowned Michelin-starred Le Normandie.
  • Chanel Adams: Adams is the Mixologist and Bar Manager at the famous Bamboo Bar at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok. The Bamboo Bar is renowned as Bangkok’s first jazz bar and was honored as the Best Bar in Thailand. Additionally, it was ranked No. 11 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2021.
  • Devender Kumar: Kumar is the Mixologist and Assistant General Manager at The Aubrey, situated on the 25th floor of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. The Aubrey has gained recognition as one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, providing a unique Japanese izakaya experience.

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, was developed by Swire Properties. The company combines world-class design with the renowned service of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and presents the last chance to own a new development on Miami’s exclusive Brickell Key. The Residences consist of two towers designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF).
