Hallandale Eats Restaurant Weeks Extended

The food series is in its third year.

Hallandale Eats Restaurant Weeks have been extended through Sunday, Oct. 13. This program, organized by the City of Hallandale Beach and the Hallandale Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, aims to boost economic development and support small businesses. More than 20 participating restaurants are offering special deals and discounts for dine-in, to-go, or delivery services. Diners can explore a variety of culinary offerings at eateries and destinations throughout the city, including Atlantic Village, District 8 and Gulfstream Park. This year’s event also introduces new perks, such as Uber/Lyft codes for transportation and the city’s free transportation on the Cloud electric bus fleet. Restaurant-goers can also participate in a digital passport program by scanning QR codes to win a prize at each restaurant. “The Hallandale Eats program has become a cornerstone of our city’s efforts to boost economic development and we’re thrilled by the overwhelming response from restaurant goers, prompting us to extend the program for an extra two weeks,” says Faith Phinn, Deputy Executive Director of the Hallandale CRA. “The extended event allows even more people to experience Hallandale’s incredible culinary offerings and enjoy exclusive deals and special menus while directly benefiting our small businesses.”

Since Sept. 16, participating restaurants have been offering set menus, special deals, and discounts for dine-in, takeout, or delivery. The extended restaurant weeks allow diners to explore more of Hallandale Beach’s eateries and attractions across the city.
