I recently had the chance to indulge in a meal at Diplomat Prime with my husband. As soon as we sat down in the living room, which is most certainly fit for royalty, we knew we were in for a treat.

We recommend both, and don’t be shy to ask the servers for their selection of high-end spirits to sip and mix with your favorite, even if it’s just a bit of club soda with a nice scotch.
The food at Diplomat Prime is meant to impress your palate. We had a chance to enjoy a mix of seafood and juicy steaks, such as fresh lobster and a steak cooked so soft that it felt soft as we chewed and sipped our favorite drink.

Not only has it received recognition in the 2024 Restaurant Awards by Wine Spectator, giving the restaurant a nod as one of Excellence when it comes to its carefully selected wines, but it also makes the restaurant stand out as one that offers top-notch wines at a price that works with each unique bottle.
Diplomat Prime has been tirelessly working to keep this honor and prove that it is worthy of being one of the best restaurants to enjoy amazing food paired with wines that complement the flavors in the dishes.
When we visited and were introduced to the list, we were impressed by their selections of reds, whites, and sparkling options. The best part of our meal that evening was having an expert, such as a server or manager, come by our table and be happy to recommend what would work best with our meal.

As a red wine drinker, expect everything from a bold California Cabernet Sauvignon or one of the smoothest Pinot Noirs that I’ve ever had.
