La Boulangerie Boul’Mich Unveils Latest Venue at Palms at Town & Country Mall

The all-day eatery has six locations throughout South Florida.

La Boulangerie Boul’Mich opened its doors in 2014 on Key Biscayne, quickly becoming a top spot for delicious meals and grab-and-go treats. The beloved bakery and cafe is preparing to launch its newest location at Kendall’s Palms at Town & Country Mall, scheduled to open in late September. This expansion represents a significant milestone for the restaurant brand, as it brings its unique French-Latin flair and dedication to quality and freshness to another South Florida community, this time through a franchise partnership.

“Not surprisingly, we’re huge fans of La Boulangerie Boul’Mich, so becoming part of the family and securing the first franchise license is an honor,” says franchise partner Eber Gongora Rivero. “Kendall is a great city with amazing energy and we’re certain they’ll love what this concept has to offer.”

For more than 10 years, the eatery has been famous for its freshly made pastries with French and Latin influences, artisanal croissants, gourmet pasta, sandwiches, salads, indulgent omelets and benedicts, crafted coffee drinks and more.

“Since we began, our goal has always been to deliver quality-driven food and service that excites guests in a fun and approachable way,” says co-owner Avy Cohen. “I’m incredibly proud of the brand we’ve built and how we’ve managed to integrate ourselves into the communities we call home. These neighborhoods have embraced and supported us and we are so grateful for that. We’re looking forward to opening in Kendall and excited to be working with our first franchise partner.”

A contemporary bakery with a Parisian flair, this new location is a casually sophisticated space perfect for a leisurely meal, a bite on the go, or friendly hangover coffee and pastries. La Boulangerie’s menu, which pulls strong influences from France, Latin America, and beyond, offers all-day breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an abundance of options for every taste.

The Kendall location will offer the same beloved items that have become local favorites, including freshly made signature baked goods. Visitors can enjoy Venezuelan cachitos and tequeños, Colombian pan de bono, Argentinian-style baked empanadas and French buttery croissants with a variety of flavors such as almond and chocolate, Nutella, dulce de leche, pistachio, guava and cheese, ham and cheese and more. In addition, quiches and brioche will be available. A delightful assortment of sweet treats, from apple tarts to decadent desserts in a jar, perfectly complements the wide selection of specialty coffees and teas.

For individuals seeking to enjoy a taste of La Boulangerie Boul’Mich beyond their visit, the restaurant has gained recognition for its varied selection of frozen soups, pasta sauces and pastries. Each item is accompanied by simple-to-follow recipes for baking or cooking.
