La Gringuita Cookies Expand Presence to Whole Foods Markets Throughout South Florida

Founder Caroline McGinley started by selling cookies at farmers' markets.

La Gringuita Cookies is expanding its availability to 17 Whole Foods Markets across South Florida. Customers can now find the Four Core Flavors—The Jammy, Chocolate Souffle, El Churro, and Brown Buttah—in any of the stores. Caroline McGinley, the founder of Gringuita Cookies, has seen significant growth since 2020. With an initial investment of $3,000, she started by selling cookies at farmers’ markets before expanding to gourmet markets. By joining the Early Growth Cohort by Whole Foods, she has accomplished her dream of having her cookies sold in Whole Foods Market.
