Ocean Prime Taps Las Olas Marina for New Location

The renowned upscale seafood and steak restaurant plans to debut in the Spring of 2025.

Ocean Prime has chosen the prestigious Las Olas Marina in Fort Lauderdale for the nationally acclaimed seafood and steakhouse’s latest location. Nestled on the Intracoastal Waterway at the Las Olas Bridge, this establishment is set to redefine the waterfront dining experience with its unmatched selection of made-from-scratch cuisine, awe-inspiring views, and top-tier hospitality.

The two-story restaurant, a gem in the crown of renowned Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, spans a vast 15,000 square feet and boasts expansive outdoor dining terraces on both levels. The design of the restaurant is a tribute to the vibrant and sophisticated coastal lifestyle of Fort Lauderdale, offering guests a spacious and elegant dining experience. Half of the restaurant’s 400 seats are outdoors in covered dining areas, promising a delightful experience for its patrons.

The restaurant’s interior will blend raw materials and polished details, giving it a refined yet inviting ambiance. This will make it a prime spot for socializing, conducting business, celebrating, and indulging.

“Building upon our steadfast commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences, the addition of our fifth Ocean Prime location in Florida marks another significant milestone in our expansion in the state,” David Miller says, president and COO of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. “This venture not only underscores our dedication to elevating the dining landscape in Florida but also reaffirms our ongoing commitment to growth and excellence within the region. We are thrilled to continue our culinary journey in Florida and look forward to welcoming guests to yet another unforgettable dining destination.”

With an elaborate and modern menu, Ocean Prime offers indulgent seafood presentations, prime steaks, hand-rolled sushi, decadent side dishes, and house-made desserts. Additionally, Ocean Prime at Las Olas Marina provides a private dining room with an outdoor patio suitable for celebrating with groups of all sizes.

Las Olas Marina is home to 68 boat slips capable of accommodating mega yachts up to 250 feet in length. It features a pedestrian-friendly waterfront promenade, which is open to the public and provides dockage. Additionally, the marina offers world-class boater services, including a casual restaurant, a ship store, a boat owners’ lounge with a pool, showers, and a Captain’s quarters for the boat crew.
