Paula’s Food Diaries at Burlock Coast Concludes Seasonal Dinner Series in September and October

Enjoy acclaimed dishes crafted by culinary luminaries.

Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale, has revealed the chef line-up for the final dinner series of Paula’s Food Diaries. Chef Paula DaSilva, Director of Culinary and Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale, is excited to collaborate with acclaimed chefs Michael Mina and Michelle Bernstein as the successful second season ends.

“We are honored to join forces with the dynamic talents of Chefs Michael Mina and Michelle Bernstein this fall,” DaSilva says. “We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have highlighted such a high caliber of culinary excellence this season with all of our partner chefs. We are looking forward to continuing to grow this gastronomic series for years to come.”

Through Sept. 30, guests have the opportunity to enjoy Chef Dasilva’s rendition of Chef Michael Mina’s famous Roasted Lemon Chicken with lemon potatoes, prepared in Avgolemono sauce with feta, Fresno chilis, and mint, priced at $38. This beloved recipe is attributed to the nationally acclaimed chef, previously honored as Bon Appetit’s Chef of the Year. Renowned for his MICHELIN-starred properties, Mina oversees a portfolio of over 30 chef-driven concepts, including PABU, MINA’s Fish House, and Bourbon Steak. The Cairo-born chef was recently recognized as one of the “50 Most Powerful People in American Fine Dining” by Robb Report.

Known for vibrant Latin flavors, Chef Michy crafted this hearty salad, which includes caramelized raisins, grapes, herbs, pecorino, homemade pumpernickel croutons, and crispy capers at Blackberry Farms. A noted TV personality and a regular guest judge on Top Chef and Chopped, Chef Michy operates Michelle Bernstein Catering, Café La Trova, Sweet Liberty, and La Cañita with her husband, David Martinez. She is also preparing to open Sra. Martinez in Coral Gables and her first-ever private restaurant at Five Park Miami Beach in partnership with restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow.
