R House Introduces Zero Proof Beverage Program and Chef’s Tasting Menus

The hospitality and entertainment venue is celebrating 10 years in business.

R House in Wynwood, a leading hospitality and entertainment venue, has recently introduced new and improved dinner and cocktail menus. In addition to a complete interior and exterior makeover and upgraded production facilities for top-notch entertainment, the latest offerings feature a non-alcoholic beverage program and chef’s tasting experiences.

The restaurant is widely known for its famous weekly drag brunches, featuring bottomless mimosas and sangria enjoyed by enthusiastic patrons week after week. In response to the growing demand for zero-alcohol options in the food and beverage industry, R House has introduced a zero-proof craft cocktails menu that is available throughout the week. Additionally, they have launched new bottomless zero-alcohol mimosa and mocktail brunch packages and bottle service options at Drag Brunch. Priced at $60 per person, the package includes the R House drag show extravaganza, a popular set food menu and bottomless zero-proof cocktails to cater to a diverse audience, including those who are sober, pregnant, between the ages of 18 and 20, or acting as the designated driver. This initiative emphasizes inclusivity, allowing everyone to partake in the lively R House party experience alongside those who consume alcoholic beverages.

“The exponential growth of the sober and sober curious movement is creating a real demand for non-alcoholic beverages even in Miami, a city known for its nightlife and parties. We have noticed a big shift in demand, in particular at our bottomless drag brunches,” says co-owner Owen Bale. “At R House, inclusivity is a priority and we realized there was an audience we were not catering to. We are proud to now offer a vast variety of zero-alcohol spirits and zero-proof cocktails that allow guests to be part of the R House party without being just your average overpriced juice on ice.”

Rocco Carulli, the chef and co-owner, has often referred to his Latin-inspired menu as a tribute to Miami, showcasing the vibrant flavors 305. He has put together three distinctive tasting menus that are now accessible for all to enjoy. Additionally, beverage pairings are available that complement the tasting menus.
