Restaurants at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Offering Thanksgiving Specials

There are plenty of options to choose from.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood has Thanksgiving specials with unqiue dining experiences at several on-site restaurants this holiday season. No matter which dining option guests choose, they will enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving celebration at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino this year.

Abiaka Wood Fire Grill

This year, guests can celebrate Thanksgiving at Abiaka by enjoying a heritage turkey breast with flavorful chorizo, apple, cranberry poblano salsa, creamy potato purée, and roasted turkey jus for $45.

Cipresso

The resort’s contemporary twist on Italian fare will showcase a king crab cake appetizer accompanied by avocado puree and tomato-like bruschetta ($25), as well as a braised and stuffed turkey duo entrée served with mushrooms, sausage, kale, and sweet potato puree ($39).

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood

This Thanksgiving, guests can celebrate with a classic American steakhouse experience featuring a prix-fixe menu. They can start with roasted pumpkin bisque, topped with spiced pumpkin seeds and brown butter brioche croutons for $17. For the main course, diners will enjoy a roasted turkey roulade with a confit turkey leg, mushroom duxelles, haricot vert, orange cranberry sauce, and turkey jus, accompanied by a side of whipped potatoes with black truffles for $55. A side of roasted sweet potato casserole, served with spiced whipped ricotta and candied walnuts, is also available for $13. A full three-course menu can be enjoyed for $90.

Kuro

This Thanksgiving, Kuro offers a unique Japanese twist on the holiday celebration, featuring dinner specials such as turkey ramen with chashu turkey and truffle shoyu ($28), wagyu gyoza stuffing served with cranberry sauce ($24), and tempura green beans with shallot vinaigrette ($15). For dessert, guests can indulge in a kabocha cheesecake topped with dulcey chocolate ganache and ginger crumble ($14).
