Spirits of Stranahan House, Historic Stranahan House Museum, Fort Lauderdale | Oct. 25, Oct. 31 and Nov. 1

Let “Victorian mourners” introduce you to the dearly—but not really—departed who call the Historic Stranahan House and other parts of South Florida home. Visit the graveyard and meet the Graveyard Keeper. Tours begin at 7 p.m. Tickets are $25 a person, and reservations are required.

 

18th annual Signature Grand Ghoul | Oct. 28

This fundraiser at Signature Grand in Davie, always one of the highlights of social season, benefits 2-1-1 Broward. Former Dolphins wideout O.J. McDuffie and Seth Levit, executive director of the Jason Taylor Foundation, will emcee. Expect plenty of entertainment, a silent auction and a costume contest.
