Sushi by Bou in Boca Raton Launches New Outdoor Dining Menu

The modern speakeasy-inspired concept is known for its innovative take on the omakase experience.

Just in time for the beautiful outdoor weather in South Florida, Sushi by Bou recently launched a new menu exclusively for the patio area of its Boca Raton location. The new menu features a variety of cooked dishes and sushi options to cater to the diverse preferences of its patrons.

Guests can find an array of dishes from the patio menu, such as fried chicken thighs known as Chicken Karaage, served with holy Tshili spicy everything chili crisp and yuzu aioli, priced at $15. Another popular option is the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, consisting of spicy tuna, crispy rice, and truffle caviar, available for $16. Additionally, patrons can savor pan-seared scallops prepared with pan-seared Hokkaido scallops, yuzu butter, and roasted red pepper, priced at $21, among several other dishes.

Several options are available at the restaurant for customers who want to indulge in sophisticated sushi rolls. The Jewshi roll is popular, made with fresh salmon, cream cheese, and pickled radish. It is topped with smoked salmon and bagel seasoning, costing $23. Another mouth-watering option is Dance to the Beat of Your Own Tuna, which features spicy tuna, avocado, and cucumber and is topped with seared tuna, chimichurri, and tobanjan aioli, also priced at $23. Lastly, No More Mr. Rice Guy is a creative roll that includes crab, salmon, tuna, and yellowtail, served without rice and wrapped in cucumber. This roll is also priced at $23. For those who prefer more straightforward sushi rolls, the restaurant also offers Basic Bou Rolls.

The dessert menu offers Mochi, consisting of four rotating seasonal flavors priced at $9. Additionally, the menu features Frozen Boozy Bou-Quet, which includes flavored frozen sake and is priced at $12.

Located at 409 SE Mizner Blvd. in Royal Palm Place, the restaurant offers a classic omakase experience at the indoor omakase bar and an outdoor menu available on the patio. Sushi by Bo? provides a bespoke speakeasy dining experience, where each location has its unique aesthetic and vibe, offering guests a memorable experience. The Boca Raton location is designed to exude luxury and glam, inspired by the 1920s Art Deco era. The intimate atmosphere boasts bold textures, dramatic architectural features, and adventurous ornamentation. The ambiance pays homage to Addison Mizner, featuring geometric tiles throughout the space and giving a playful nod to his known love of monkeys in the bold and daring bathroom design.

Both partners of Sushi by Bou, Erika London and Chef David Bouhadana, reside in Boca Raton. Last year, London moved to Boca along with her family.

“We’re so pleased to announce our new patio menu with cooked items, along with sushi and more, to add to the restaurant’s unique omakase experience,” London says.

With the recent addition of Boca Raton and West Palm Beach locations, Sushi by Bo? has 14 locations across the U.S. and 19 in the SimpleVenue portfolio. This also includes sister brands such as Sushi Suite, Omakaseed, Fins and Scales, and Trust Bae, spread across New York, New Jersey, Chicago, and South Florida since its launch in 2017.
