Uchi Miami Launches “Uchi at Home” Program

At-home options available include sushi boxes and offsite events, with the chef experience launching soon.

Uchi Miami, known for its innovative approach to elevated Japanese cuisine in Wynwood, is celebrating the holiday season with the introduction of Uchi at Home, offering a delightful taste of Uchi right to the diner’s doorstep. Currently, two options are available under Uchi at Home: Sushi Boxes and Offsite Events. Additionally, the Chef Experience will debut on Nov. 18.

The Chef Experience invites diners to enjoy the expertise of Uchi’s James Beard Award-winning culinary and beverage teams right in the comfort of their own homes. This intimate dining experience accommodates 10 to 30 guests. It features a dedicated staff who collaborate closely with clients to design a personalized menu and pairings, paying attention to every detail from beginning to end.

Uchi recently introduced its multi-tiered at-home Sushi Box this summer, designed to deliver the sushi bar experience to your dining table. Whether planning a cozy date night with a single box or hosting a memorable party with multiple boxes, there’s something for every occasion. Each box, which can be picked up or delivered via Doordash, showcases a delicious assortment of the restaurant’s finest sushi offerings. Options include:

  • Ichi ($95): A two-tier selection of classics featuring 12 pieces of nigiri, two makimono and one crudo.
  • Ni ($195): Includes everything from the Ichi plus chirashi (five varieties of fish served sashimi?style over a bed of rice).
  • San ($295): Includes everything from the Ni and two caviar sets paired with potato chips and crème fraîche, served with two mother-of-pearl spoons.

Uchi’s culinary team is ready to cater offsite events of any size, whether an intimate private party, a corporate meeting, or a charity gala. They provide customizable pricing and options, ensuring every guest enjoys the exquisite flavors of Uchi’s creative cuisine and exceptional service.
