Yardbird Celebrates 10 Years of Hospitality

With Yardbird reaching a significant milestone in the restaurant industry, the establishment is celebrating the occasion with month-long specials and unique programming throughout October. The James Beard-nominated and award-winning eatery opened its first location in 2011 on Miami Beach. Since then, it has expanded to five locations around the U.S. and one globally.

To celebrate the decade of existence, Yardbird is offering throwback signature favorites and $10 hero dish offerings. Through Friday, Oct. 15, three dishes from its inaugural menu will be provided as part of the “Throwback to 2011” menu. The featured offerings include Melons & Cheese Dish ($22), Oven Roasted Pumpkin Vegetarian Dish ($16) and Elvis’ Dry Aged Strip Steak ($65).

Another aspect of the 10-year celebration will be an anniversary cocktail for $18 at all locations throughout October, including Las Vegas, Dallas, Washington D.C., Los Angeles and Singapore. The drink features WhistlePig 10-year rye whiskey, yellow chartreuse, Averna amaro, grand marnier and smoked green tea. A live music Sunday Brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 17 will provide patrons with another way to mark the occasion.
