Chotto Matte Miami Launches Chotto Hour

The culinary destination celebrates the best of Nikkei cuisine by fusing bold Peruvian flavors with innovative Japanese techniques.

Chotto Matte‘s recently introduced weekday promotion, Chotto Hour, provides a great solution to unwind after a long day at the office. This enticing affair offers a generous two-for-one deal on select cocktails, spirits, and wine alongside a Nikkei bar bites menu. From Tuesday to Friday, between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., indulge in the art of unwinding, Nikkei style, embracing a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavors. Guests can enjoy an array of small bites starting at just $4, such as the Spicy Edamame or the Shishito Peppers. For those with a heartier appetite, try the Chotto Ceviche made with branzino sashimi, leche de tigre, chive oil, sweet potato, Peruvian corn, and cilantro, or the Salmon Tostada made with cauliflower crema, queso fresco, red chili, and mango. And remember to check out the $13 bites, including popular dishes such as the Nikkei Gyoza, Warm Beef Fillet Tataki, and Corn Ribs.
