Chefs Mariano Araya and Giorgio Rapicavoli Showcase Unique Culinary Experience at Casa Mariano

Seating will be limited for the one-night celebration.

Doral’s esteemed Casa Mariano restaurant, led by its chef/partner Mariano Araya, is gearing up to celebrate the arrival of Fall with a special event. On Wednesday, Oct. 11 at 7 p.m., the restaurant will host a gastronomic extravaganza with the acclaimed chef and owner of Eating House and Luca Osteria restaurants in Coral Gables, Giorgio Rapicavoli. The event, limited to 40 guests, will feature six delectable courses that showcase both chefs’ unique styles and approaches. The restaurant will be closed to the public for the night, and each course will be accompanied by a perfectly curated wine selection from in-house Sommelier Victor Tapia. Adding to the festive ambiance will be live music by Andrade World Music throughout the evening.
