The Salty Donut Opens Long-Term Pop-Up Location in Brickell

The Miami-grown donut and coffee shop’s vintage camper will be in Mary Brickell Village.

The Salty Donut has launched a long-term pop-up location in the lively Brickell neighborhood of Downtown Miami. The brand’s signature vintage camper, which pays homage to the initial pop-up in Wynwood that was only open on weekends, will be parked in Mary Brickell Village between North Italia and Toscana Divino. It officially opened today and will remain in the area for the foreseeable future.

In honor of the opening, the Salty will offer Rewards Members a 50% discount on all orders on the first day of business. To take advantage of this offer, guests need only scan the Salty App QR code when purchasing in person or ask team members to search for their existing Rewards Member profile. Individuals who still need to download the app are encouraged to do so and sign up for the Rewards Program to access these and more exclusive offers. Additionally, a giveaway will be held on the Salty’s Instagram page, where four winners can receive $50 gift cards.

Since its pop-up opening in 2015, The Salty Donut has garnered local and national recognition. The donut shop has been named one of the best donut shops in America by ThrillistFood & Wine and Tasting Table. The Salty operates 12 shops throughout Austin, Dallas, Charlotte, Florida, Georgia, Texas and West Palm Beach. Additionally, the brand is working on opening more locations in the future.

“We are so excited to continue expanding The Salty throughout our hometown,” says Andy Rodriguez, CEO and Co-Founder of The Salty. Brickell has been on our radar for a while. It is the heart of Downtown Miami and a location our customers have been asking about for quite some time. This is an exciting opportunity for us to be able to be in the mix before hopefully one day having an official retail store in the neighborhood! The vintage camper is near and dear to our hearts and it brings us joy to have it parked long-term in such a lively part of town.”

The new Salty Donut pop-up location at Mary Brickell Village will be open seven days a week, with Sunday through Thursday hours of 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (or sold out) and Friday and Saturday hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (or sold out). Guests can place walk-up orders or use The Salty’s rewards app or website to pick up their orders. First-time users of the app will receive a complimentary donut or coffee, and they can start earning loyalty points for future rewards, as well as getting insider information, VIP event invites, and more.
