Nubé: A New Rooftop, Oceanfront Concept Opens on Fort Lauderdale Beach

It is the only rooftop bar and lounge on Fort Lauderdale Beach.

One of South Florida’s premier hospitality groups, The Restaurant People (TRP), has unveiled its latest venture, Nubé, a rooftop lounge and oceanfront experience located on the 26th floor of the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. Nubé opened this month at 505 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. offering a modern take on an elevated lounge experience that deviates from traditional restaurant settings.

“We cannot wait to share our latest rooftop concept with unbelievable ocean views and the hospitality that TRP is known for, all with an exciting Nubé twist,” Tim Petrillo says, CEO and Co-Founder of The Restaurant People, which is responsible for some of the hottest spots in the area, such as YOLO, TRP Taste, Rooftop @1WLO, S3, Boatyard, and Java & Jam, and has recently opened Rosa Sky and Giselle in Miami.

Along with its widely popular Rooftop @1WLO in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Rosa Sky on the rooftop of the AC Hotel Miami Downtown and Giselle on the rooftop of E11even in Miami, Nubé is TRP’s fourth consecutive rooftop concept. It is the only rooftop beachfront lounge in Fort Lauderdale, offering 4,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor lounge and bar seating for 240 guests, creating a vibrant atmosphere with stellar views.

Guests can settle indoors at the spacious lounge restaurant. They can find solace in the intimate Lunar Bar or enjoy the sky terrace and fire pit while socializing around the Solstice Bar, which integrates the outside and inside into the heart of the Nubé vibe situated in the sky. The wraparound balcony invites visitors to enjoy a seaside experience surrounded by lush foliage and an unparalleled ocean view.

“The vision to create a rooftop concept at our property started when the hotel was under construction; seeing this vision materialize one step at a time and the brilliant design is truly remarkable; offering this unique amenity overlooking the Atlantic Ocean will enhance Fort Lauderdale overall,” Andreas Ioannou says, CEO of Orchestra Hotels + Resorts, representing the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach ownership group.

Nubé will feature a menu of carefully crafted cocktails and chef-curated sharable plates that allow diners to indulge in a contemporary American and South Florida coastal dining experience. The cuisine at Nubé is a perfect blend of luxury and approachability. The menu’s chic-urban style and fusion of classic flavors with a fun, modern twist make for a unique dining experience. The menu is designed to be shared and features a variety of unique vessels, such as hands serving as dishes, that add an extra touch of whimsy to the dining experience.

Nubé will also feature a rotating schedule of exciting live entertainment. Nubé will be open Wednesday and Thursday from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.(kitchen closes at 11 p.m.); Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. (kitchen closes at 12 a.m.); and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. (kitchen closes at 11 p.m.).
