Ombelle is Living Well in Flagler Village

Experience connection, comfort, and design at Fort Lauderdale’s newest residential vision.

As the holiday season approaches, now is the time to imagine your future home in the heart of Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village. Rising soon, Ombelle will redefine modern city living with resort-style amenities and effortless sophistication.

Designed by ODA and developed by Dependable Equities, Ombelle will introduce two 44-story towers with more than 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. The project brings together artful architecture, elevated design, and a sense of community in one of Fort Lauderdale’s fastest-growing neighborhoods.

Residents will enjoy an array of lifestyle amenities, including two resort-style pools with a poolside bar, indoor pickleball courts, music and recording lounges, co-working and gaming spaces, a children’s playroom, golf simulator, indoor & outdoor saunas, fitness center, yoga studio, Pilates, Zen garden and pet-friendly offerings. Complementing these private amenities, Ombelle will also be home to Fort Lauderdale’s first Equinox Fitness Club—a 35,000-square-foot destination for performance, wellness, and recovery.

Each residence will offer 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, smart home technology, and designer kitchens with premium finishes. The newly released floor plan collections showcase a variety of layouts, including the Flagler Collection, located on floors two through nine, which will include studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom residences. The Tower Collection, spanning floors 11 through 41, will include studio to four-bedroom residences.

With new residences starting in the $400,000s, Ombelle presents an opportunity to begin your next chapter in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Join the VIP list today to preview floor plans, pricing, and availability.
