Corsair Kitchen + Bar at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort and Spa Reveals New Menu

The all-day menu from Chef Bill Gideon features familiar favorites with innovative twists alongside bold new creations.

Corsair Kitchen + Bar, the highly-regarded contemporary American restaurant at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, has just revealed its latest menu. Spearheaded by Director of Culinary Operations Chef Bill Gideon, the all-day menu features a range of new dishes that highlight Floridian and regional influences. Chef Gideon’s creative direction has resulted in a menu catering to casual and adventurous diners.

“For my first menu, I wanted to further emphasize the fresh, locally-sourced ingredients that guests have come to love while adding nuance and creativity to each dish so that every taste feels like your first time dining at Corsair,” Gideon says. “This combination of familiar favorites infused with innovative twists alongside bold new creations will satisfy the palette and ignite their curiosity.”

Chef Gideon’s new menu boasts some genuinely innovative and mouthwatering dishes. The Charred Broccolini Reuben is a unique twist on the classic American sandwich, swapping out the traditional corned beef for broccolini. The Grilled Cheese is also a standout, featuring a Floridian touch with the addition of calabaza squash to the mix of Gruyere, Fontina, and aged cheddar on country bread. For those with a taste for Caribbean cuisine, the Blackened Grouper with coconut rice, sweet plantain puree, and grilled pineapple salsa is sure to satisfy. Table shares include the Cauliflower Steak with lemon tahini, pistachio-mint lentil salad, and dukkah spice; Smoked Fish Dip with vegetables and house-made crackers; and a Warm Salted Pretzel with cheese sauce and craft beer mustard sauce. Corsair’s menu of entrees is equally impressive, featuring a range of irresistible sandwiches such as The French Dip and The Cuban Sandwich and the Grilled Salmon, Filet Au Poivre, and Shrimp Scampi.

CORSAIR Kitchen + Bar is open Mondays through Saturdays for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Reservations can be made by phone at 786-279-6800 or online.
