Angelo Elia offers more than 15 Italian-inspired breakfast dishes, including the chef’s  take on traditional American breakfast foods. A menu favorite is the Nutella croissant, made with ricotta, orange zest, fresh-cut strawberries, vanilla gelato and, of course, the popular hazelnut-cocoa spread drizzled over the creation. Complementing Las Olas’ contagious energy, B Square’s brunch menu has a number of mouthwatering classics. Bottomless mimosas and sangrias are available, including the B Square Bloody and the Bacon Bloody. Popular menu items include the Three Meat Skillet, with bacon, sausage and chorizo on a buttermilk-cheddar biscuit, served with two poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and potato hash, all served in a cast-iron skillet. This craft beer bar and gastropub has a simple-yet-flavorful brunch. Tap 42 not only has unlimited mimosas and bloody marys for $20 but also appetizing items such as the Grilled Salmon Zen Bowl, with pan-fried brown rice, green vegetable stir-fry, truffle miso glaze, toasted sesame and salmon. With the promise of a fine-dining experience, NYY Steak is one of the area’s most popular steakhouses, and live entertainment and bottomless mimosas make its Sunday brunch something to remember. For $75, choose from bacon and sausage, creamy chipped beef and sausage gravy, made-to-order omelets, pancakes and creme brulee French toast. (Sundays, 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.)

Fresh Harvest

Incorporating locally sourced ingredients and American cuisine to its various kitchen stations, Fresh Harvest has a variety of breakfast delicacies from which to choose. For $28 (or $17 for children 10 and under), enjoy a colorful salad bar, fresh sushi and raw bar, charcuterie boards and a wide selection of desserts. Besides the regular Saturday and Sunday brunch (10 a.m. to 4 p.m., $34 a person), there’s a special buffet on Mother’s Day, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. ($59 adults, $25 children under 12). Moms can have a complimentary mimosa alongside savory options such as a Huevos Rancheros Skillet with chorizo, black beans, two fried eggs and cheese empanadas.

A reminder of why brunch is so popular, Galuppi’s aims to dazzle with its menu. For $17, there’s a two-for-one special on bloody marys and mimosas.
