As the saying goes, ‘the world is your oyster,’ and that is especially true on National Oyster Day. With over 100 species of oysters and a variety of ways to cook the mollusks, including baking, grilling, broiling or just raw, there is no shortage of creative methods to enjoy the tiny creatures.

Deals: The new Shaken not Stirred menu officially launches today to celebrate National Oyster Day. Every Thursday, from 7 p.m. to close, enjoy customizable martinis for ($15) and receive three oysters with every martini purchase.
